Abstract

Unilocular cervical lymphatic lesions are rare clinical entities. These endothelial-lined, fluid-filled structures must be distinguished from true cysts (epithelial lining), and pseudocysts (no cellular lining). This article presents a case report of a unilocular cervical lymphatic cyst in an adult. The embryology and anatomy of the cervical lymphatic system is discussed. Copyright (C) 2000 by W.B.
