FANCD2: A branch-point in DNA damage response?

Abstract

The Fanconi anemia D2 response is vital for cellular resistance to DNA cross-linking. Now, FANCD2 is shown to also be involved in a second, independent function, the arrest of DNA synthesis after ionizing radiation.
