Abstract
Leukocyte scintigraphy has previously been used to evaluate gastrointestinal graft-versus-host disease (GVHD). No reports have described their utility in cutaneous GVHD or the ability of leukocyte scintigraphy to evaluate treatment response at any site. This case shows significant radiolabeled leukocyte uptake in a man with extensive cutaneous GVHD, with subsequent near complete resolution after therapy. As such, leukocyte scintigraphy may provide an alternate way to assess the burden of GVHD and response to treatment.
