Abstract

• Burn injuries of the larynx are a previously unrecognized complication of cocaine abuse. The clinical presentations and magnetic resonance imaging findings of two patients are presented. Recognition of this entity is important to avoid errors in diagnosis and in management. (Arch Otolaryngol Head Neck Surg. 1991;117:792-795)
