    Abstract

    Patients receiving stem cell transplantation with specialized needs regarding antithrombotic therapy can fall into two basic groups: those who are on pre-transplant therapy and those who develop thrombosis during the course of the procedure. See Table 11.1 for a summary of management guidelines.
