Abstract

A strikingly small area of anatomy can cause major difficulties with pain, sensitivity, and sexual dysfunction - yet many patients hesitate to even mention this elusive-to-diagnose common condition. A surgical approach is reemerging as gynecology gets reacquainted with vestibulitis -and the author reports success with a simpler, less disfiguring method.
