N1 - Funding Information: The current exposure from the 95th percentile concentrations is below the supported concentrations when evaluated in all QRA categories (RIFM, 2019). Table 2 provides the supported concentrations for 4-(3,4-methylenedioxyphenyl)-2-butanone that present no appreciable risk for skin sensitization. These levels represent the supported concentrations based on a tested exposure of 2362 μg/cm2 in the CNIH (RIFM, 2015b). However, additional studies may show it could be used at higher levels.
