Syringoma: Removal by electrodesiccation and curettage

Abstract

Syringomas are benign adnexal tumors often located on the lower eyelid skin. Patients usually request removal for aesthetic reasons. Electrodesiccation and curettage of these lesions provides local control while preserving uninvolved eyelid skin.
