Abstract

A semiautomatic microtechnique diluter which has been adapted for serial dilution-antibiotic sensitivities and antibacterial assay of biological fluids is described. These tests can be performed rapidly, accurately, and conveniently. Antibiotic combination tests to demonstrate synergism, antagonism, or additive effects are easily done.
