Abstract

We present a case of a subarachnoid hemorrhage and vasospasm secondary to a ruptured anterior spinal artery aneurysm associated with a Chiari 1 malformation. To our knowledge this is the first reported spinal artery aneurysm with this association. J Neuroimaging 2009;19:277-279.
