Abstract
Two patients with familial exudative vitreoretinopathy were seen by us, and the clinical features of their condition are reviewed herein. The pathologic findings of both patients showed a prominent vitreous membrane posterior to the ora serrata. To our knowledge, this finding, as well as multiple secondary changes in the retina and the anterior segment, has not been previously described.
