Abstract

(Cell Metabolism 25, 1135–1146; May 2, 2017) In the originally published version of this article, in the Results subsection “DNA-PK Inhibition Increases Physical Fitness in Obese and Middle-Aged Animals,” there was a typo in the following sentence: “Consistent with our earlier finding that DNA-PK inhibition does not increase mitochondrial biogenesis in skeletal muscle of AMPKα2 mice …” Instead of “AMPKα2 mice,” the sentence should have said “AMPKα2-KO mice.” This has since been corrected in the online version of the article. This change does not affect the conclusions of the article, and the authors apologize for any confusion.
