Abstract

The glucocorticoid receptor concentration in goat leukocytes was measured before and during administration of ACTH, sodium L-thyroxine, or 6-n-propylthiouracil. The resultant changes in the concentrations of cortisol, T3 and T4, were not accompanied by alterations of the binding capacity for [3H]-dexamethasone in leukocytes.
