Numerous disorders exist that demonstrate both cutaneous and cardiac manifestations. These include conditions under the broad categories of inherited, metabolic, rheumatologic, and infectious diseases. If aware of these associations, the dermatologist may play an important role in uncovering underlying heart abnormolities. The purpose of this article is to describe the major heart and skin manifestations of disorders.
