N2 - Transport, material, and structural properties were measured for healthy cancellous bone when considered as biologic, porous medium. Anisotropic permeability, stiffness, and elastic moduli were experimentally quantified along orthogonal axes (x, y, & z). Tabulated results demonstrate the anisotropic nature of the tissue.
